Jess Ahlum is an infant mental health and early childhood relational health consultant with skills to support infant-parent bonding, infant sleep and infant feeding. She has a MA of Clinical Psychology specializing in pre and perinatal psychology and BS in Human Development and Family Studies. For over 20 years Jess has nurtured families through birth doula support and infant-centered birth education; manual and movement therapies including Masgutova Neurosensory Reflex Integration (MNRI) and as a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM); and, relationship-centered health coaching. Additional credentials include Certified Newborn Behavioral Observation; Certified NCAST feeding and teaching scales; Certified Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator; National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach; Certified Infant Sleep Educator through Bebo Mia; Licensed massage and bodywork therapist, NC #6879; and a recent graduate of the U Mass Chan Medical School Fellowship in Early Relational Health.
